Vanessa

Vanessa Aleksanyan is the founder of Pilates Plus Porter Ranch. She fell in love with the workout instantly and after seeing the amazing results she couldn't wait to share the future of fitness with the community. Vanessa obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Science from California State University, Northridge. She is certified in Lagree Fitness for Pilates Plus, traditional Pilates, the American Council on Exercise for weight training, TRX Suspension and Bosu training. Through her passion for health and fitness, she believes in offering an amazing fitness experience for the community of Porter Ranch.

Brieanna

 It wasn’t until her early 20’s that Brieanna discovered health and fitness as a way to combat the stress and anxiety of college.  Brieanna did everything from running and weight training to salsa and swing dancing.  However, once she tried Pilates, she found that nothing compared to this workout.  She became addicted immediately!  She is currently completing a nursing program that complements her lifestyle of health promotion and longevity.  According to Brieanna, “health is not just physical, but emotional and mental as well; Pilates Plus encompasses all of these areas”.  Her goal is to inspire you in each and every class, while leaving your body trembling through the workouts!

Stacy

Stacy found Lagree Fitness through her cousin. After her first class, she was hooked. Being a former dancer, she found Lagree to be so effective. Her body was on fire, reacting in ways it has not done since high school. She had been struggling to find a workout that kept her body in shape and her mind stimulated. She found it with Lagree Fitness. She loves the full body workout in only 40 mins too. Her tried and true tip is to never give up. During class it can get tough, it takes that inner strength to power through the workout and achieve the ultimate goal. Ohhh and bring a towel, she says, cause your gonna sweat.

 

Mahtab

Fitness has always been an important part of Mahtab’s lifestyle.  After years of being a competitive gymnast, the training took a toll on her body and she was forced to stop competing.  To stay in shape, she tried a variety of workouts and fell in love with Pilates.  She found that it could change her body unlike anything she could do at the gym or in other fitness classes.  She gained a new type of strength and loved the results she saw in the mirror.  Her goal for every class is to have you taking full advantage of every minute of the intense workout so that you can leave feeling accomplished.

 

Megan

The first time Megan took a Pilates Plus class, she quickly fell in love with it and became addicted. She loves the high intensity workout and the way it targets all the muscles in your body in just one 40 min. class! Being active all her life and a former college soccer player, she is always trying to find new, fun, and challenging workouts to stay in shape. Megan graduated from Cal State University, Northridge with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology. She also teaches EK-6th grade P.E. at a local private school. A strong advocate for exercise, health, and nutrition, she decided to get certified in Lagree Fitness to educate others about what this amazing workout and megaformer machine can do for your body! In her free time, Megan enjoys playing soccer in a competitive women's league, running 10K's, hiking, and spending time at the beach.

Heather

Heather has been teaching Lagree fitness for almost 3 years, but she has been taking classes here at Pilates Plus Porter Ranch almost daily for over 5 years. After practicing traditional Pilates for 7 years, she was looking for something with more cardio and to help get her back into the best shape possible after having triplets... Yes TRIPLETS! Well after her first class she fell in love and has become a Lagree fitness addict! She loves being a part of the Pilates Plus Porter Ranch family. Working with clients, hearing their stories, and helping them meet their own fitness goals is something she enjoys everyday! When not at the studio, she's spending time with her husband, Scott, and their 8 year old triplets. Heather also enjoys cooking, traveling, entertaining and having fun with friends and family!
