It’s easy to get intimidated starting a new workout, and we know that because we’ve been there. That’s why we’ve designed our studio and classes to give you a dynamic, unparalleled fitness experience.

Our classes cater to all levels of fitness. You’re not here to compete with anyone, but rather, to become your best-self. After all, this is supposed to be your “me time,” so get ready to have some #fitfun and take it to the next level.

Be On Time

Use Grip Socks

Don’t forget to bring a towel, grip socks, and water!  If you don’t have grip socks, you can pick up a pair at the studio. If you forget your water, we have a premium 7-stage water system there for you.

Arrive 15 minutes before class to be welcomed by your instructor, who will:

  • Learn about your fitness goals
  • Ask you about your injuries or limitations, to modify your workout accordingly
  •  Show you the ropes around the studio and your assigned Megaformer™
  • Introduce you to your class mentor (a seasoned Lagree Vet)




Get Fit

Get in the Zone

Your instructor will guide you through a series of movements that will stimulate your body from head to toe. They’ll teach you everything you need to know, and correct your form when needed.

You may be standing on an unstable platform for extra core activation. Be sure to listen closely and don’t hesitate to ask questions at any time. Your instructor and your class mentor are there to support!






Your instructor will lead you through a series of warm-down stretches.
You’re ready to wipe down your sweat and celebrate!  By then, you’ll have really earned it!

Be sure to stick around after class finishes. Your instructor will give you feedback on your workout, and additional recommendations based on your fitness goals.

I have been here twice now for stretch classes and they were awesome! Super relaxing and helpful. I enjoyed it so much the time just flew by – but I wanted to stay and stretch more! I know others who take all kinds of classes there and they swear by them. Hopefully I can check them out soon too!
